Feature Requests

We occasionally use a par/bogey format for our events where players are playing against the course. Typically, a player gets a point if they score a net birdie or better (hole won), zero points for a net par (hole tied) and -1 point for net bogey or worse (hole lost). The player with the most points at the end of the round wins. We've been setting this up in LT as a Stableford, assigning points as specified above. This works great, but thought it would be easy to add the format for courses who aren't familiar with it. We just had our first waitlist for an event and noticed the people on the waitlist for the event don't show up in the when trying to send a message on the recipient dropdown. I guess it's because they aren't participating yet but when trying to give them an update the only way to send something is to change to a different club and search and select each player. Would be helpful if possible to have them grouped as a "waitlist group" or show up somewhere within the event.

Players requesting a cancelation email in events that use "Allow Group Reservation" will send an email to all players in the group reservation- the update reservation screen then requires cancelation of all players in the group reservation. If possible, it would be preferred to allow individuals to be removed from the group reservation.

I see that the custom fields from our roster are included in the emails we can send from the Events and the League Send Message module. They are NOT in the automated message field selections. It would be helpful if the custom fields were available for the automated emails also. Thanks

In my league, there are 10 matches - five play 9 holes starting on hole 1 and five play 9 holes starting on hole 10. The flip nines feature is close, but I'd like to just toggle starting hole match-by-match. It's just a UX feature request because I recognize I can edit each match and set the starting hole, but that requires a few clicks and manually incrementing up from 1 to 10. On this same note, when round robin scheduling the tool created 10 matches starting 10 minutes apart, but in my case the front 9 matches need to be 10 minutes apart starting at 6:30pm and the back nine matches would need to be 10 minutes apart starting at 6:30pm. Not a hugely important change but would make setup even better.

Because we have so many cancelations and additions to our bi-weekly playdays would it be possible to set up the recipients drop down to show the people grouped in their pairings so that when the pairings get changed or shuffled you can easily send an update to the whole paired group(s) that have been changed? Or at least list them in the pairing order instead of the handicap order?

Hey Mark said I needed to be more specific on the sort request. It was for the email templates and hopefully something simple and automatic so all the LGA, MGA, and misc. are shown in alphabetical order and then would be grouped together. Don't think it needs a search feature. Thanks for your help as always.

We have some high handicappers playing in our events. IMO, no player should ever get 2 strokes on a par 3 (at least for skins). It would be nice to add an Advanced Skins Option to only allow 1 stroke on a par 3

Currently, the TV leaderboard jumps as it displays the results. This isn't an issue when results are a single line such as individual or team results. But for match play results, each match is displayed in a block in multiple lines. Often only half of a match displays on the screen. It would be nice if the leaderboard could scroll smoothly.

Add option for alternative playoff methods such as 3, 9, or 18 hole playoffs before Sudden Death if desired. We use 3-hole for some match play and sudden death for stroke play.
