Spreadsheet Import Improvements

Importing a spreadsheet just got a whole lot easier. No you no longer need to follow a template and can select columns to map to Name, Email, Handicap, Team Name, etc.

You can also select tees and starting holes in the spreadsheet import to save even more time.
