Adding someone to a paid event from Manage Registrations used to mark them paid automatically. Now you choose. Pick Request Payment, select their price tier, and either email them a payment link or copy it to send yourself.
They hold a spot in the field immediately and show as Payment Due in your registrations until they pay.
