Roster fields are cleared when adding Default Tee

Reproduction steps:
- Add player to roster
- From roster list, click on player to open Edit Player window.
- Enter details such as email, phone, etc.
- Select Manage Default Tees and select/save a tee
- When the window, closes all previously entered fields are cleared.
This is not a show stopper, but is an annoyance. Since the Manage Default Tee button is in the middle of the Edit Player window, it's likely that a user will start from top down entering details. The expectation is that previously entered data would still be there after selecting default tees.
