I changed 2 new players handicap index in "manage registrations" from 0 to 36, however when I went to Finish set up their handicap index reverted back to 0. In trying to do ABCD scarmble this caused them to be the A player which creates incorrect ABCD teams. I could edit their HI, but there was no way to recreate fair ABCD pairings unless I did it manually, which was very cumbersome and took a very long time to move players around to attempt to get more equal teams. I asked support and was told if I duplicated the event, I could recreate new ABCD pairings with the adjusted HI. Unfortunately, the same problem still occured.
